About Us
MAB Steel Industries Private Limited was established in 2018 and has been in production & commercial operations ever since. The MAB production facility is located in Rawat Industrial Estate, Rawalpindi.
MAB Steel is a Cold Rolled Steel Rolling Mill primarily involved in manufacturing CR Steel Coils. The installed capacity of MAB Steel is 200,000 Metric Tons per year which is being utilized at optimal levels.
MAB CR STEEL COIL
The input raw material i.e. Hot Rolled Steel is converted through a meticulous process into CR Steel Coils which are used for a variety of purposes ranging from manufacturing doors, fences, auto parts, appliances & CR pipes. Our well-structured distribution & sales channel includes Steel Traders, Fabricators and Domestic & Industrial end users.

OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS
MAB CR Steel Coils go through a meticulous production process before they are ready to be supplied to the customers.
FIRST STAGE
On the first stage the raw material i.e. Hot Rolled Flat Steel with the thickness of 4 mm and width up to 1500 mm undergoes the process of Slitting in which it is slit into 600 mm.
SECOND STAGE
The next step is Pickling which in simple terms means an acid wash to ensure removal of rust and stains from the material.
THIRD STAGE
Third stage is the Rolling process in which the material is pressed & rolled from an input thickness of maximum 4 mm into to the desired thickness range 0.25 mm to 2.5 mm.
FOURTH STAGE
The fouth stage is the Annealing process whereby the rolled flat steel coils are placed in heated chambers for softening.
FIFTH STAGE
The final stage is Skin Passing in which the material is rolled again to improve the flatness & smoothness of the surface.
FINAL PRODUCT
Final product is premium quality Finished CR Coils.
